Pick the day. Enjoy it - to the hilt. The day as it comes. People as they come... The past, I think, has helped me appreciate the present - and I don't want to spoil any of it by fretting about the future.

We consume our tomorrows fretting about our yesterdays.

Here are some questions I am constantly fretting over: Do you splurge, or do you hoard? Do you live every day as if it's your last, or do you save your money on the chance you'll live 20 more years? Is life too short, or is it going to be too long?

Life is but an experiment of trial and error, instead of fretting the future, cherish the experiment.

Ultimately, only what is to happen, happens. No amount of kicking around, resisting, fighting, fretting and fuming can change the design. So, simply, learn to understand, appreciate and accept this design. Learn to be unprovoked, undisturbed and unmoved. This is how you can be happy despite your circumstances.

The future will be what it will, and fretting about it will only make your fears more likely to come true.

I'm not sitting dwelling about the past or stressing or fretting about something in the future.
