It's a town where guns are sold at yard sales, where Pentecostal churches are nearly as common as restaurants, and where distrust of Hillary Clinton is visceral and deep-seated.

The reality is that Hillary Clinton has been a steadfast supporter of LGBT equality. She has evolved on the issue of LGBT equality, and I think we are a better movement when we give people space to grow and learn. We can't reduce it to a single issue like marriage equality.

People are overwhelmed looking up at the Mount Everest of environmental challenges that we face. But you put one foot in front of the other and you recognize that not everyone is Sir Edmund Hillary.

I think that Bill and Hillary Clinton have a very special relationship and I think in very many ways to them it's a very satisfying relationship. I think that it's a mutual respect with a goal of power to achieve maintain power. And I think that they have been good partners in that.

Although we were never pals and occasionally butted heads my relationship with Clinton and his wife Hillary made me a better journalist.

We're definitely a hodgepodge of influences. Mine most heavily would be Southern rock - the Allman Brothers Lynyrd Skynyrd and stuff like that. Hillary is more from the country side - her mom is Linda Davis a country singer. Dave he's a big fan of the Eagles and like that.

CNN found that Hillary Clinton is the most admired woman in America. Women admire her because she's strong and successful. Men admire her because she allows her husband to cheat and get away with it.

But I think Hillary Clinton is one of the most amazing women of this time.
