Sports teaches you there is always a second innings in life. If you fail today, there's a second innings maybe two days later. Maybe there's another opportunity coming up three or six months later. If you look at mistake as learnings and commit never to make a same mistake again, then you actually get better with every mistake that you make.

Our biggest learnings come only from the biggest blows, hence, I'd request one and all to look out for the silver linings and focus on positive thoughts and ideas, because as I always say, every cloud has a silver lining, and every sunset ends with a beautiful sunrise.

My experiences have taught me a lot and I'm happy with my learnings, if not with what I went through to learn.

When we blend learnings with experience, new understandings emerge.

The beauty of Life is that everyone goes through their own unique, personal, process of evolution - shaped by time, their lived experiences and the manner in which they internalize learnings from these experiences. Spirituality then is an intensely personal, private, awakening process. Although the truth is one, no one size fits all. And there is no right or wrong way. All roads are headed in the same direction though.

You cannot change the past or control the future. What you can do is learn from the past and set your vision for the future. Then, every decision in the present needs to align to your learnings and vision.

We must develop knowledge optimization initiatives to leverage our key learnings.
