There are so many food shows, really beautiful ones, that exist to elevate professional cooking and professional chefs. But there aren't that many that really celebrate home cooking or are for home cooks especially.

If you're a happy person around food, you can be a professional chef. It's fueled by passion.

It's a big misconception that racing drivers aren't fit. My trainer, who used to be a professional triathlete, equates the fitness level of the drivers to triathletes.
