The thing that interests me least about the radio business is the radio business. But I've had to learn a little bit about it. It's not rocket science: You get ratings that's good.

Then I realized that secrecy is actually to the detriment of my own peace of mind and self and that I could still sustain my belief in privacy and be authentic and transparent at the same time. It was a pretty revelatory moment and there's been a liberating force that's come from it.

I'm concentrating on staying healthy having peace being happy remembering what is important taking in nature and animals spending time reading trying to understand the universe where science and the spiritual meet.

The big thing is hydrating the day before the race. I will have 20 ounces of water right when I get up in the morning the day before and I'll drink throughout the day.

Acting is invigorating. But I don't analyse it too much. It's like a dog smelling where it's going to do its toilet in the morning.

Don't make music for some vast unseen audience or market or ratings share or even for something as tangible as money. Though it's crucial to make a living that shouldn't be your inspiration. Do it for yourself.

In my opinion MS is a lot better at making money than it is at making good operating systems.

The biases the media has are much bigger than conservative or liberal. They're about getting ratings about making money about doing stories that are easy to cover.
