There are pros and cons of experience. A con is that you can't look at the business with a fresh pair of eyes and as objectively as if you were a new CEO. Fire yourself on a Friday night and come in on Monday morning as if a search firm put you there as a turn-around leader. Can you be objective and make the bold change?

I'm not asking any of you to make drastic changes to every single one of your recipes or to totally change the way you do business. But what I am asking is that you consider reformulating your menu in pragmatic and incremental ways to create healthier versions of the foods that we all love.

What men have called friendship is only a social arrangement a mutual adjustment of interests an interchange of services given and received it is in sum simply a business from which those involved propose to derive a steady profit for their own self-love.

This is a fantastic time to be entering the business world because business is going to change more in the next 10 years than it has in the last 50.

Willingness to change is a strength even if it means plunging part of the company into total confusion for a while.

The entrepreneur always searches for change responds to it and exploits it as an opportunity.

I trained to be a priest - started to. I went to seminary school when I was 11. I wanted to be a priest but when they told me I could never have sex not even on my birthday I changed my mind.

If you look over the years the styles have changed - the clothes the hair the production the approach to the songs. The icing to the cake has changed flavors. But if you really look at the cake itself it's really the same.

It's impossible I think however much I'd become disillusioned politically or evolve into a post-political person I don't think I'd ever change my view that socialism is the best political moment humans have ever come up with.

I have always thought that change you can see and feel is best.

Always Do Your Best. Your best is going to change from moment to moment it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance simply do your best and you will avoid self-judgment self-abuse and regret.

Life is about not knowing having to change taking the moment and making the best of it without knowing what's going to happen next.

No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don't want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life's change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new.

Beauty: the adjustment of all parts proportionately so that one cannot add or subtract or change without impairing the harmony of the whole.

The beauty of dystopia is that it lets us vicariously experience future worlds - but we still have the power to change our own.

I'm very proud of my love for Whitney Houston. She really changed my life. She made my life a better life. She was so beautiful in her love for God her love for her family and her love for music. She truly loved her music. She could do everything! She had flawless rhythm flawless pitch flawless feeling and flawless beauty.

Acting is still of course what I love to do most. The beauty of it is that by changing characters it never gets boring.
